Social, accessible yoga activities that make wellness and networking a one-stop solution for your conference

Ready for newness, novelty and exploring the unexpected?

You’re a seasoned event planner who wants to show your conference participants that you truly care about curating a valuable, unforgettable experience they’ll actually enjoy.

…But, you’re struggling to find new ways to spice up your agenda without going overboard on operations…or your budget.

You’ve noticed that…

  • Conference-goers are excited to get back out to in-person events, but struggle to meaningfully connect to both content and colleagues once they arrive.

  • Attendees expect more from conferences in our post-pandemic world: more immersive experiences, more mindfulness breaks, and above all, more innovation.

  • Most immersive experiences are too complicated logistically, too pricey, or both, and great yoga teachers who specialize in curating wellness events for conferences are hard to come by.

If you are screaming, "Heck yeah, that's me!" I created my new UPLIFTED: Yoga for Conferences packages to help you plan your most memorable conference yet.

Hi! I’m Eli.

I’ve always love helping people from different backgrounds get on the same page. Bonus points if I can achieve this while inspiring my participants to live joyfully, empower them with new perspectives, and make them laugh at the same time.

After earning a BFA in Acting from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and a decade of experience teaching yoga across the globe, I developed a knack—a super power, if you will—for making people feel like they belong within live experiences.

  • …creating community engagement by making wellness events more interactive and playful. So, it was no surprise (to some more than others) that in 2017 I married my lifelong passions of storytelling and mindful movement to establish my first claim to fame: Drunk Yoga®—breaking the rules of yogic convention by infusing it with the social ritual of a happy hour.

As Drunk Yoga® grew to international acclaim, I discovered how to translate the very same theatrical devices I use to make yoga feel like a party into a methodology to create authentic communities, cultivate deeper connections, and inspire sustainable belonging.

Enter: The Uplift Experience, to help innovative event planners (like you!) spice up their conferences, off-sites and activations to engage their people more effectively.

Ready to make some belonging-cultivating magic?

What People Are Saying

“We had Eli lead her facilitated 'Art of Getting Over Yourself' talk and an interactive yoga + meditation class at a national leadership conference and it was a major highlight of the event. Attendees raved about how fun and engaging she was -- she even tailored her material to be crucially relevant to our specific audience. Eli was also super easy to work with -- flexible, communicative and kind. I would recommend her to any group looking to add a 'personal growth' session to their agenda.”

A Note from Eli

I can't wait to help you curate an unforgettably entertaining and transformative wellness program for your next conference.

See, designing live experiences that spark radical belonging is kind of my thing *hair flip.*

Long before Drunk Yoga ever went viral, I had dedicated my career to imagining unique yoga activities to serve novice audiences in unconventional settings. Namely, working with non-profits to teach kids yoga at underserved elementary schools in Harlem, NYC.

Not only did this chapter of my life teach me the magic of introducing mindful movement to  those who wouldn’t otherwise try it, but, out of necessity, it showed me the power of play. Moreover, I learned that when we incorporate games and collaborative storytelling into challenging experiences–(like teaching 5-year-olds yoga poses in over-crowded classrooms)--we open the door to a deeper sense of belonging, and subsequently, community engagement, by profoundly (innocently?) tapping into the present moment.

Years later, when I created the first Drunk Yoga experience in the back of an NYC bar, I leveraged the very same games I came up with to wrangle and inspire 5-year-olds to help busy New Yorkers get over themselves, let their hair down, and have fun exploring wellness in social settings.

Now, I’m thrilled to offer your conference participants my most uplifting, premium yoga programing yet.
